Fees:

Coasters & Castles Travel charges advisors an Annual User License Fee.  The fee can vary by year based on the expenses that are covered.  For advisors coming in for a partial year, this is prorated based on the number of full months remaining in the year when the contract is being signed.

• For 2025, the fee is $360.00.

Commission tiers: 

• New advisors without experience will start at a commission split of 60%.   

• Here are the sales levels for the tier commission split increases:

There is an additional bonus commission split % increases available once an advisor reaches the following sales levels in a calendar year:

• $700K

• $1M

• $1.5M

Complete one of the following certification courses (or show proof that you are already certified) and you can get an increase of 5% for the first certification. For up to four more certifications, you will earn a $50.00 bonus for each one (max $200.00).  Increase of 5% and $50.00 bonus for each of 4 more certifications are a one-time offer for the lifetime with the agency.

Training Program

​

All advisors coming into the agency must complete a comprehensive training program geared towards their specialty of choice, prior to being offered a contract and being able to sell travel.  Proof of prior training completion of supplier training will be accepted.

​

Training program cost: $295 for individuals (there is no charge for the supplier training; this is for the agency training.)  All training is done virtually, and most is done on the agent's schedule.  There are two live zoom sessions that are scheduled with an agency owner and the advisor.

Industry Credentials

​

Industry credentials will be approved once the advisor has reached the required earned commission amount for traveled, non- personal sales in one calendar year.  Advisor is responsible for the cost of the credentials.

Partner Teams:

​

•  Training Fee: $395

•  Annual Fee:  As the advisors are working together, partner teams are charged the same (one) Annual User License Fee.

•  Industry Credentials are only issued to one member of the partner team.

Seller of Travel & State Registrations:

​

The agency currently has Seller of Travel registrations in the following states:

•     Florida

•     California

•    Washington

• ​    Hawaii​

​

Advisors who live in the state of Delaware are required to get a special business license from the State of Delaware.

​

Iowa no longer requires a registration.

​

​We are not permitted to have any advisors who are not United States citizens and do not live in the United States.
