For a cute souvenir AND ice cream sundae, order the Mickey's Pants Sundae at The Plaza Ice Cream shop in Magic Kingdom.
You can choose two flavors of ice cream and a topping (hot fudge, peanut butter, caramel) plus whipped cream and cherries. It's a LOT of ice cream, so be sure to share. Then you can keep the Kitchen Sink and use it at home.
