We started working together at vendor shows almost immediately and learned that we worked really well together.  We found we shared many of the same values and principles and complemented each other and could fill in each other’s thoughts. While at a show, April mentioned that she would like to open her own agency someday.  Lynne laughed because she had the same plan. It went from someday to 10 years from now, to 5 years from now, to "I think we are ready, let’s do it."  We started the research on what was needed to do to make it happen.  Thus began a lot of hard work, meetings, and notes to develop an organization that we could be proud to own and call our own.

April and Lynne's work experience, natural skillsets, and education complement each other brining a broad range of talent to the agency.  Lynne holds a BS in Business Management and a MS in Leadership and has over 10 years of management experience and 20 years of experience in the financial industry. April has a BS in biology with a minor in psychology and over 20 years of big box retail management, marketing, training and personnel development experience. We have both been to Walt Disney World over 50 times, have been on several cruise lines, and have been to Disneyland Resort. We look forward to our first adventures at Aulani and an Adventures by Disney destination. Both April and Lynne have since earned their CTA (Certified Travel Associate) certification from The Travel Institute. April has also earned CCC (Certified Cruise Counselor), and Lynne has her CTIE (Certified Travel Industry Executive.)

On January 5, 2016, our dream was made a reality! We opened Coasters & Castles Travel and created a unique experience for travel advisors and for their clients. Training and support are the cornerstone of what we want for our travel advisors. We pride ourselves on providing a culture where advisors can develop and grow their businesses to reach their own goals while being surrounded by the support and encouragement of a "family."

There will never be a sales quota or an expectation to build a team beneath an advisor. This is not a "multi-level marketing (MLM)" agency. There is no competition between advisors, and everyone only competes with themselves. We believe in investing in our advisors, and welcome contributions from the team to make Coasters & Castles Travel a truly great organization.

Every year we ask our advisors, 'why do you do this, what is your motivation?' Every advisor says the same thing, to make clients happy. They work to help their clients make memories, and they get personal satisfaction out of knowing that they helped make that special vacation with grandma, that dream honeymoon, or that child's first visit to Walt Disney World the most magical it could be. They listen to their clients' wants and expectations for their vacation and do their best to incorporate as many details as possible. If something goes wrong, they are there to trouble shoot and problem solve, and help the client as best as they can. If there is a question during a trip, our advisors can be reached. We all work as a team. If an advisor is unavailable, then someone else can step in to assist. From soup to nuts, C&C advisors will manage and integrate the components of your trip so you can just focus on the moment and making memories to last a lifetime.

We are very proud of our achievements!

• In 2018, Coasters & Castles Travel was honored with the distinction of being recognized as an Authorized Disney Vacation Planner and achieving the Earmarked Silver Producer level. Since then, they moved up to the Earmarked

            Gold Producer status. 

• In June of 2019, Coasters & Castles Travel was honored with the President’s Award from Travel Leaders.  This award was in recognition of their huge sales growth in 2018.

• In July of 2020, the agency was honored with the invitation by Universal Orlando Resort to be a “U-Preferred Partner” at the Silver Level.
