2022- What an Amazing Year of Travel!

Updated: Nov 14

by Lynne Macolini

As we start a new year with, what I expect, will be plenty of unknown adventures, I am reflecting on all of the amazing adventures that we had last year. April and I did a number of cruises last year and had some great land adventures as well.

I will be sharing each experience individually. I am actually going to start with a couple of cruises that we took in the fall of 2021 and will continue through to our last adventure of 2022, our agency meetings in October.

Here is a list of what we did during this time:

November of 2021: We did a preinaugural sailing onboard the Royal Caribbean Cruise Lines Odyssey of the Seas.

December of 2021: We sailed onboard the Virgin Voyages, Scarlet Lady.

January of 2022: We sailed onboard the MSC Cruises Davina

February of 2022: We participated in a Seminar at Sea onboard the Norwegian Cruise Line's Norwegian Escape.

March of 2022: I sailed on the Royal Caribbean Cruise Line's Harmony of the Sea.

April of 2022: April Sailed with her family on the Disney Dream, then sailed with her mother on Royal Caribbean Cruise Lines Mariner of the Seas and she also participated in a Seminar at Sea onboard the Norwegian Cruise Line's Norwegian Pearl.

May of 2022: We flew to Croatia to participate in an educational experience with Katarina Line.

May of 2022: At the end of May, we sailed onboard the American Queen Voyages Ocean Victory in Alaska for an expedition cruise.

June of 2022: We went to Denver Colorado for a conference with our Consortia, Travel Leaders Network.

July of 2022: We sailed on an Inaugural sailing of the Disney Cruise Line's Disney Wish.

September of 2022: I sailed on the Holland America's Westerdam in Alaska.

September of 2022: I flew to Turks & Caicos for an educational workshop for Destination Weddings at Beaches Turks & Caicos.

October of 2022: We had two adventures in October. We sailed on the Royal Caribbean Cruise Line's Independence of the Seas for part of our agency annual meeting and then spent the rest at Universal Studios Orlando.

Of course, it would be really weird if we did not sneak in some days at Walt Disney World and SeaWorld.

Either April or I will bring you a new story for each of these adventures.
