Saratoga Springs is a resort you don’t hear a lot about. I’m here today to tell you why you should add it to your list of resorts to check out in the future
Aaahhh, peace and quiet
Saratoga Springs is extremely tranquil. Because it’s off the beaten, path, it’s much calmer than many other resorts. The villas are separate from the main building which means there is less hustle and bustle. Many of the resorts also overlook the Lake Buena Vista Golf Course which makes for nice, quiet views of the fairways.
Location!
Saratoga Springs is a short boat ride to Disney Springs. In addition to access to Disney Springs, the boat can also take you to Old Key West and the Port Orleans resorts. This means you have a bevy of dining and shopping options available to you. Rooms in the Congress Park area are just a five-minute walk to Disney Springs so you can come and go as you please.
A Treehouse!
Have you ever wanted to stay in a treehouse? At Disney’s Saratoga Springs, you can! Treehouse Villas offer three bedrooms, which will sleep up to nine people. The villas also have full kitchens, a dining area, and a deck with a charcoal grill.
Splish Splash in Four Pools!
Saratoga Springs offers four pools –including two feature pools. This means if one pool is crowded, or you just want a change of scenery you can easily hop to another one and enjoy for the day.
The Spa
Saratoga Springs has a world class, full-service spa and fitness center, arguably one of the best on property, or at least comparable to the Grand Floridian. Guests can enjoy a full range of services, from a facial, pedicure, manicure, or massage.
If you’re looking for a low-key resort, with beautiful views and easy access to Disney Springs, Saratoga Springs should be added to your list of resorts to try on your next Walt Disney World vacation.
