From Kara Brown

Dinner at 'Ohana, then grab a dole whip and watch the Electric Light Parade and 'Happily Ever After' fireworks from the beach at Disney's Polynesian Village Resort.

Another idea is to enjoy lunch or dinner at Sana’a then watching the animals at Disney's Animal Kingdom Lodge Resort.

Head to the Boardwalk! Start with drinks at Abracadabar, walk next door to dinner at The Flying Fish, and finish it off with ice cream from Ample Hills Creamery. Then take a short walk to watch EPCOT Forever nighttime spectacular from the bridge connecting The Boardwalk Resort and Beach Club Resort!

From Melissa Lenox

Dinner at Narcoosee's, watch fireworks and Electrical Water Pageant from Disney's Grand Floridian Resort. Then grab a drink at The Enchanted Rose while you wait for the fireworks or listen to the piano player in the lobby. (Melissa and her sweetheart below)

For a fun date night, check out The Void in Disney Springs! Battle Storm Troopers and Darth Vader in this virtual reality experience. Afterward, grab dinner or drinks at one of the many amazing restaurants nearby!

We love sitting at Nomad Lounge in Animal Kingdom to enjoy some drinks. The chill vibe there gets us out of the hustle bustle of the park and it has a beautiful view. I recommend having some drinks and then wandering to the Tree of Life to watch the Awakenings show.

My Valentine and I love to hang out at Trader Sams - the fun Tiki bar located at Disney's Polynesian Resort! Inventive drinks, collectible cups and amazing bartenders who really put on a show - a recipe for a fun date night!!

Enjoy a dinner at one of the fabulous EPCOT restaurants and then take a romantic fireworks cruise.

From Sandy Fardie

I suggest dinner at the Yachtsman Steakhouse and then a stroll along the Boardwalk. Catch the fireworks visible from EPCOT and Hollywood Studios.

The Happily Ever After Dessert Party at Magic Kingdom was a great night filled with desserts and a perfect view of the fireworks.
