New MagicBand Options are now available at Walt Disney World Resort. Disney Resort hotel guests and new and renewing Annual Passholders will have the option to upgrade, at a discounted price, from a complimentary solid-color MagicBand to one of more than 30 new MagicBand options featuring favorite Disney characters and designs. These new MagicBand options will be available for pre-arrival purchase at a special price of $14.99 off retail cost through the My Disney Experience website.
Everyone will be feeling extra merry and bright at Disney’s Animal Kingdom Theme Park this holiday season, with festive new entertainment and holiday décor in every land!
Over the coming months, Disney will expand the popular mobile order food service to additional restaurants at Disney Resort hotels, including: Everything POP Shopping & Dining at Disney’s Pop Century Resort, The Mara at Disney’s Animal Kingdom Lodge and Contempo Café at Disney’s Contemporary Resort.
Now, more than ever, Walt Disney World Resort is the place to make lifelong memories with family and friends. For the first time, guests can purchase the new Summer One World Ticket as a great way to experience all that’s fresh and exciting at the resort’s four theme parks and two water parks, with six admissions for only $74 per admission (plus tax) – a total price of $444 (plus tax).
There is a whole pride of eats and treats coming to Disney’s Animal Kingdom Theme Park this summer with offerings that celebrate some favorite characters and moments from Disney’s beloved tale, “The Lion King.”

“Rivers of Light: We Are One” debuts this weekend at Disney’s Animal Kingdom Theme Park, as the next chapter of this beautiful nighttime pageant unfolds, telling the story of our connection with animals and the emotions and milestones we all share in our journey through the great circle of life. This reimagined version of the show introduces additional, stunning imagery and familiar animal characters from Disneynature films, along with a colorful tapestry of classic moments from Disney animation.

This past weekend, Black Tap Craft Burgers & Shakes celebrated its official grand opening in the Downtown Disney District at the Disneyland Resort with special guests actress-singer Vanessa Hudgens, Mickey Mouse, Minnie Mouse and Goofy. This exciting moment marks Black Tap’s first location in California!
One of the most beloved Disneyland Resort attractions, Haunted Mansion, is celebrating its 50th Anniversary this year. To celebrate,Disney is throwing an “under the hill” soiree and we're so excited to share details with you today. In August, guests can choose to attend one of the “The Haunted Mansion: Celebrating 50 Years of Retirement Unliving” events. These after-hours events at Disneyland Park are filled with chills, thrills and frightful fun. Guests can unearth commemorative anniversary merchandise items, delight in spirited sips and bites, enjoy special entertainment, character encounters, photo ops, and access to several west-side park attractions, plus a few supernatural surprises.
Sugarboo & Co., a new specialty boutique every bit as sweet as it sounds, is now open in the Downtown Disney District at the Disneyland Resort! They call themselves a “Dealer in Whimsy” and you’ll see why. What guests will find here is a treasure trove of imprinted jewelry, handmade ceramics, paper goods and decor with inspiring sayings that make great, meaningful gifts or something special for themselves.

This Halloween season, Guests of all ages are sure to have a ghoulishly good time at the new Oogie Boogie Bash – A Disney Halloween Party at Disney California Adventure® Park. This separately-ticketed party is packed with exclusive new entertainment and experiences, including the new “World of Color” spectacular – “Villainous!”
The epic, aerial adventure Soarin’ Over California returns to Disney California Adventure Park! From June 1 to 30, 2019, this beloved attraction is coming back for a limited time this summer.
Disney Cruise Line
A new version of the Disney Cruise Line Navigator App has been released and is available to download from the Apple App Store and Google Play Store. Guests who have previously downloaded the App will need to delete the current version of the App before downloading the new version to their devices.
On January 15, 2020, runDisney is returning to Disney’s private island paradise during a four-night cruise on the Disney Dream for the Disney Castaway Cay Challenge. This sailing, which departs the Monday after Marathon Weekend, will be adding some extra pixie dust to its stop on Castaway Cay. Before guests enjoy the island’s white sand beaches, snorkel lagoons and more, they’ll have an unforgettable race alongside Disney characters while experiencing enhanced entertainment and, of course, tropical ocean breezes!
