Walt Disney World
Just ahead of next week’s opening of Star Wars: Galaxy’s Edge at Disney’s Hollywood Studios, a dress code has been released for guests.
· Costumes and masks may not be word by guests age 14 or older (except when special event costuming rules apply.)
· Outfits inspired are Star Wars (also known as bounding) may be worn and are encouraged.
Legend’s of Hollywood at Disney’s Hollywood Studios will re-open on Friday, August 23rd (Today). The shop will have a new feel and look that pays tribute to the glitz and glam of Hollywood. Unique merchandise such as specialty handbags and accessories, Citizen watches, and a full Pandora jewelry section will be available for guests shopping pleasure.
Additional dates for late 2019 and early 2020 have been announced for the ever popular Disney After Hours events. The additional dates are as follows:
Disney’s Magic Kingdom Theme Park

Advance tickets can be purchased for $129 per person plus tax. Annual Passholders and Disney Vacation Club members can purchase tickets for $99 plus tax per person. If purchased the day of the even the cost will be an additional $10 per ticket. Availability is limited.
Two new booths and a number of additional musical acts have been added to Epcot’s International Food and Wine Festival, opening on August 29th and running a record 87 days
The Donut Box will open to guests of the festival on October 1st. Treats will include a Black and White Coffee Cocktail garnished with a fresh yeast donut, sprinkled with espresso bean crumbles; a Strawberry Corm Fritter with Fresno and red pepper jelly, and Strawberry-dusted donut holes.
Cool Wash will feature unique libations such as Blue Raspberry and Orange Cream slushes that can be mixed with Swedish Fish, Jelly Drops, Boba Pearls, and Pop Rocks!
Over at the American Garden Theater in Epcot’s World Showcase, additional acts have been added to the Eat to the Beat lineup:

Disneyland
Star Wars: Galaxy’s Edge has been named one of TIME Magazine’s World’s Greatest Place’s 2019. The list measures destinations based on quality, originality, Innovation, sustainability, and influence.
Guests visiting Disney’s California Adventure Theme Park can now greet several characters in their favorite Marvel themed clothing in celebration of Marvel’s 80th anniversary. Characters include Chip and Dale bounding as Thor and Loki; Mickey and Minnie bounding as Captain America and Gwen Stacy (from Spiderman), Donald bounding as the Incredible Hulk; Daisy bounding as Black Widow; Goofy bounding as Iron Man, and Pluto in an Avengers bandanna.
Disney Resorts
The Pony Farm and Tri-Circle D Ranch at Fort Wilderness Resort and Campground will be upgrading the equine residents to a brand new, beautifully designed barn in the Spring of 2020. During this time guests will be able to enjoy pony rides at the Trail Blaze Corral neat the campground’s entrance. Trail rides and carriage rides will continue to operate as normal.
Disney Springs
Sunshine Churros has opened at Disney Springs. The kiosk features 9 different churro options for your snacking pleasure:
· Original Cinnamon
· Salted Caramel
· Apple Cinnamon
· Cherry Limeade
· Fruity Pebbles
· Peach Mango
· Watermelon
· Oreo (Gourmet)
· Strawberry Cheesecake (Gourmet)
Dipping sauces for certain flavors (Milk Chocolate, Nutella, and Cream Cheese) are also available.
