Favorite Things Holiday Edition: Gift Ideas for Disney Fans

The holidays are vastly approaching and that means lots of gift giving. Today I thought I would share some of my tried and true ideas for the Disney fan in your life. All of these are gifts I’ve personally given or gifts I would enjoy as a Disney fan.

For The Kids

Disney Playsets

Disney World Monorail Playset $99.99 shopdisney.com and the Disney Store

Cinderella Castle Playset $89.99 shopdisney.com and the Disney Store

I have given both the Disney Monorail and the Disney Castle playset to the kids in my life and they were both a huge hit! This is a show stopper gift that kids will love. I’ve even seen some Disney fans put the Monorail under their Christmas trees for a Disney touch.

Animator’s Collection Dolls

If I am being totally honest, some of the dolls out there scare me. They just look creepy! But these dolls are adorable! The details are outstanding as well. Belle for example comes in her signature Provencal blue dress with a white apron trimmed with lace, a blue satin bow holds her brown hair back and she is accompanied by her own baby sheep friend. These delightful dolls come in both traditional and rag doll styles and are also featured on mini playsets, clothing and other accessories. I have given many of these over the years and they have always been well loved!

Avenger’s Titan Hero Series Actions Figures

Super hero fans will love these extra flashy action figures inspired by Avengers: Endgame. The figures can be purchased separately or in a set of 8. The figures interact with each other through a Titan Hero FX Pack (sold separately) and will produce character specific sounds and phrases when connected.

Legos

What kid doesn’t love Legos? There are so many different options available from Duplo Mickey and Minnie and Avengers sets for ages 2-5 to more intricate sets featuring a Porg from Star Wars and Elsa’s castles for Frozen fans. You simply can’t go wrong with Legos!

For the Family

Mickey & Minnie Mouse Family Pajamas $13.99 -$31.99 kohls.com and Kohl's stores

Mickey and Pals Holiday Pajamas $16.95 - $29.95 shopdisney.com and the Disney Store

The variety of matching Disney themed pajama sets it outstanding. I give pajamas to my godchildren and niece every year – a tradition I hope will continue for their entire lives. (And I might pick some up for myself too!) From classic Mickey and Minnie options, to Star Wars, there are options for everyone on your list, even your pooch. And what’s cuter than a family photo in matching pajamas?!

Disney's Geek Out Trivia Game $24.90 boxlunch.com and Box Lunch stores

If your family enjoys game nights at home, Disney’s newest game Geek Out! should be added to your list! This group game for ages 10 and up tests your Disney knowledge while you try to out-geek your Disney loving family and friends.

For the Men

Let’s face it – men can be difficult to shop for. They just don’t have the variety of pretty options women do so it can be hard to find the right gift for the male Disney fan in your life. Have no fear though, there is hope.

Mickey and Friends Silk Tie $58.99 shopdisney.com and the Disney Store

My husband has two Disney ties and he loves them! They lend a nice, subtle touch of Disney to business meetings and formal occasions. There are a lot of options available including Yoda and Spider-Man.

Disney Socks

Just like the tie, Disney socks are something that can add a subtle touch of Disney to your fella’s day. They even have sock advent calendars that are a fun way to countdown to the big day.

Disney Watch

Watches lend a classic elegance to any man’s outfit and there are some great ones out there. I am a huge fan of this classic Mickey one which I think would look great with a suit or with jeans.

For the Fashionista

If you have a woman in your life who loves fashion and beauty there are many gift options available to you.

Dooney and Bourke bags – I’ve had many of these over the year and they remain a favorite. They are beautiful and well made and I always get compliments when I carry one. Some options currently available are the original Disney sketch, the Lion King, Aladdin, the Little Mermaid, a Disney Parks holiday theme and a Minnie Floral print. The bags come in wallets, cross body bags, totes, satchels and more. There is sure to be a pattern and style that your Disney fashion fan will adore.

ColourPop Make-Up - If you have a make-up fan on your list, they’ll surely love the Disney Designer Masquerade Series by ColourPop make-up sets and palettes. They come in deluxe sets or individual ones with a color palette inspired by one of the Disney princesses.

Vera Bradley Accessories – Vera Bradley makes some adorably designed accessories. Options include lanyards, ID holders, makeup bags, wristlets, backpacks, lunch bags, cross body bags and duffel bags.

Loungefly – Loungefly makes some of the cutest accessories around. (Who wouldn’t want that Mickey mini backpack?) They offer many designs from Villains to the classics for Disney fans to enjoy. In addition to mini backpacks they also offer hip packs, wallets, wristlets (that look like backpacks), satchels and totes.

Alex and Ani

I am a huge Alex and Ani fan and I personally have a ton of their Disney themed bracelets I like to wear them to show off my favorite characters and favorite theme parks. The nice thing about these bracelets is that there is a design for everyone and your giftee will feel special receiving one of these sparkly little baubles from you.

Lillian and Co.

I found this company on Instagram and was instantly impressed with how beautiful their jewelry is. So many of their offerings have Disney inspired words of encouragement on them (My favorite is “It’s Called A Hustle Sweetheart” from Zootopia). When I look at it on my wrist, it reminds me to keep moving forward towards my dreams. They also sell necklaces and watches with encouraging words on them.

Magic Candle Company

I know when I get home from a Disney Parks vacation, I miss the smells so much. It sounds weird, but ask anyone who has visited the parks and they’ll tell you that there are some smells that stay with you that you wish you could bottle up and bring home with you. With Magic Candle Company you can! They sell candles, room sprays, wax melts, fragrance oils, bath fizzes, bath melts and air fresheners that will remind your Disney fan of their magical vacation. If they love the smell of the Polynesian’s lobby, the smell of the forest while flying on Flight of Passage, or the pineapple-y goodness of a Dole Whip they'll be delighted to bring it to their home via these awesome products.

I hope this gift guide has given you some great ideas for the Disney fan in your life (or maybe even yourself!). Happy Holidays to all!
