EPCOT is a more laid back park with more shows and exploration areas than rides. I like to experience this park mid-trip or at the end for a half day before heading home. It's more relaxed since I am not rushing from ride to ride. That being said, there is plenty to see and do at EPCOT: The Living Seas, The Land and, of course, all the countries in the World Showcase.
